Jacklynn practices in Civil Litigation including the areas of insurance, commercial, personal injury and estate litigation. Within her practice, Jacklynn focuses on personal injury, dependent relief claims, contractual disputes, collections and debt recovery matters. Jacklynn joined the firm in 2001 as a summer student. She attended the University of Lethbridge in 2000 where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts with Great Distinction and went on to the University of Alberta and received her LL.B in 2003. Jacklynn was admitted to the bar of the Law Society of Alberta in 2004.
Jacklynn is a member of the firm’s Insurance Group, Litigation Group, Personal Injury Group and Estate and Trusts Practice Group. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Civil Litigation subsection, Insurance subsection and Estate subsection. In addition to her work at Duncan &Craig LLP, Jacklynn sits on the INBA Canadian Appeals Committee.
Jacklynn, who grew up in Drayton Valley, is a past Chair of the Judo Alberta Women’s Committee and an instructor at the Tokugawa Judo Club.
